The Cleveland Browns retired his jersey number which was #14. Otto Graham is a Pro Football Hall of Inductee in the year of 1965. He took the Cleveland Browns to four AAFC championships between 1946 and 1949. He averaged 10.5 yards per pass and had a quarterback rating of 112.1 in 1946 which was a pro football record until Joe Montana broke it in 1989.
