The third season of Game of Thrones on HBO is premiering on Sunday, March 31, 2013. There are a lot of fans that can’t wait for the season to start including myself. American Treasures is looking for Game of Thrones props and autographs. If you have any we are interested in buying them. You can contact us through email atamericantreasuresappraisals@gmail.com or call at 440-227-8163. I know most props right now are in use for the Game of Thrones series. The only prop that I am aware of that was released is Robert Baratheon’s crown and this was raffled off on HBO’s website in 2012. I would like to know. Where is Eddard Stark’s costume and props?
Autographs
Collecting Game of Thrones autographs can be a challenge because there are a lot of characters to collect. The first autograph that is important and often over looked is George R.R. Martin. His autograph has gone between $50-$100. Rittenhouse released a set in 2012 that 49 autograph cards and are inserted in 1:12 packs. This doesn’t mean that if you buy 12 packs you will 1 autograph. You have to just be lucky and get the right pack. The two most expensive and hard to get are Eddard Stark and Tyrion Lannister. Eddard Stark played by Sean Bean was a 3 case incentive. This means you had to buy 3 cases from Rittenhouse or a distributer in order to get this. This card should go up in time since he only appears in season one. This card is valued between $100-$200. The next card is Tyrion Lannister played by Peter Dinklage. This card is a 6 case incentive from Rittenhouse or a distributer. This is the rarest and most difficult card to get. This card is valued between $200-$300. When this card first came out it went as high as $500.

Now the rest of the Game of Thrones series 1 set consists of 49 autographs. There are four tiers or scarcity of each autograph card in the set. They are extremely limited which are 200 or less, very limited which are 200-300, limited which are 300-500, and normal which are over 500. The Game of Thrones series 1 set was made by rittenhouse. The Game of Thrones series 1 autograph set didn’t use the four tier system like they normally do instead they made them all limited.
